MEDICAL SCRIBING
A Medical Scribe is someone who documents the conversations between a doctor or a healthcare professional and a patient. The scribe documents all these information and electronically in a EHR (Electronic Health Records) .
A digitally stored systematized collection of patient and population health information is known as an electronic health record (EHR). These records are accessible at different time zones at a same time, which increases the efficiency of healthcare services.
An Electronic Health Records or EHR provides the accurate healthcare data about patients. It also enables the easy access of information and it is secure. Using EHR reduces costs of paperwork, reduced replication and thus improves health.
